Jade Carpenter, MBA

Jade Carpenter is dedicated to helping entrepreneurs protect themselves and their business. As the founding attorney of Zeidman & Carpenter, she focuses on small business and the advocacy and advancement of women and minority entrepreneurs.

Jade also helps clients with a range of services including real estate, estate planning, trademarks, contracts, Condo/HOA law, probate, personal injury and more. She is a member of the Chicago Bar Association, North Suburban Bar Association, and volunteers as a Board Member of In Her Shoes Foundation and WESOS.

Jade earned her Juris Doctor from The John Marshall Law School (now UIC law), her M.B.A. from Elmhurst College, and her B.A. from Capital University. She is admitted to the bars of Illinois and U.S. District Court, Northern District of Illinois.

Jade’s excellence in practice has earned her recognition on the 2021, 2022, 2023, and 2024 Illinois Rising Stars lists.

Lee R. Zeidman, Esq.

Attorney Lee R. Zeidman has been practicing law since 2008, initially working for a general practice firm in Chicago. Lee established his own thriving practice in 2010 with the litigation and transactional needs of his clients. Fine tuning the focus of his practice, Lee primarily works on family law, real estate and general litigation matters, while guiding countless business clients through their business needs.

Lee has been recognized as a Super Lawyer Rising Star for 2015-2021, nominated by peers as one of Illinois’ best lawyers, based upon the successes of his representations and experiences. This award is limited to just 2.5% of lawyers in the State of Illinois.
